The Chatham Twig funded a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Parental Massage Program in 2018. Tracey Koplik, one of the Clinical Specialists, is incredibly pleased with the impact the Twig's donation has made for these families. Because of their funding, NICU staff members are submitting abstracts to both local and national conferences regarding the effectiveness of massage therapy to reduce stress and anxiety in NICU parents and to improve patient satisfaction.
